Position the BALD™ parallel to your skin. Start your first pass keeping the blade perfectly parallel to your skin. In this position, the blade doesn't cut yet, letting you begin the motion safely while feeling the razor's controlled contact.

Find the contact point naturally. By tilting the razor slightly, the blade reaches the contact point, the angle at which it starts cutting the hair cleanly without ever damaging the skin. Thanks to the mechanical 30° angle, this adjustment feels intuitive.
